Christmas has come and gone, and everyone enjoyed another wonderful season of love, happiness, and blessings abound. And in living the true spirit of the season of giving, Old Navy Philippines did its share of spreading joy to others.
After month-long partnership campaign with Rise Against Hunger Philippines (RAHP), an international hunger relief
organization, Old Navy Philippines was able to donate 1,800 Fortified Meal Packs for the RAHP’s feeding program. All the funds for the donations came from Old Navy customers who purchased meal packs from Old Navy stores around the country.
Said customers got Php100 off because of their Meal Pack purchases, which could feed up to 15 children. These Meal Packs contain food with the necessary vitamins and minerals (Calcium, B Vitamins, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Iron) for children such as rice, dried vegetables or fruit, chicken arroz caldo, fish flakes, champorado, ginataan, and more.
Old Navy’s distributors, Specialty Lifestyle Concepts, Inc., gathered their employees at Bonifacio High Street and packed Fortified Meals that was enough to feed 22,000 children – all thanks to the generous customers who made the holidays really feel like the season of giving.
